Description
Hoyocasero, population of the county of Ávila located in the valley of high Alberche, in the skirt of their homonymous mountain. He/she has their origin in the Celtic culture of Vettones like it is verified by the burials in the environment of the Christ's hermitage. The first historical reference to Hoyocasero (in that moment Hear-cheesemaker) is that of a skirmish of war in 1090 that was framed inside the fight among the Moorish king from Badajoz, Mutawakkil and Alfonso VI for the control of Toledo after the death of Al-Mamun in 1076.
