Degaña Town council of high mountain and of very uneven orografrÃa, Degaña extends among the homonymous mountain, with superior altitudes to those 1.800 meters, and the Cantabrian Mountain range, with summits as Altu Ubia'l Campu (l. 758 meters) or that of Furaquina (Vault1.923 meters). Their minimum altitude is given in the valley of RÃu Ibias that constitutes the dorsal thorn of the municipality and it surpasses the 700 meters. Among their high summits they are the forests of Navaliegu; the lagoons of origin glacier of Navaliegu, Llangreiru and L.lagunachu - in the mountain of Degaña - and those of Fasguéu, in the Cantabrian Mountain range.
