Description
The conventual house of Ambel is one of the buildings that better they have been conserved in Aragon of all those that belonged to the military orders.
It is located in the feet of Sierra of Moncayo, in the district of Borja.
The building has happened inadvertent until the present time, although together with San Miguel's annexed church he/she has inchoate file of declaration of Good of Cultural Interest (B.I.C.) from 1982.
Their factory neither has been up to now study object, for what the references that are made in guides and catalogs to him, describe it as a building of the XVI century, mentioning its Mudejar famous handrail and the tripartite shield that he/she is on the main door.

Description
With this trip we will be able to come closer until the surgencia, or natural source of water, well-known as the Eye of Ambel or of Valdejunquera. The journey that lapses in its biggest part for tracks in good state, overcomes the Ravine of Torrent, to return then to Ambel for that of the Friar's Source.

Parochial Church of San Miguel
Repeated. Church construída in the XIV century in brick with Mudejar decoration, a single ship with crucería vault and polygonal apse. It contains an interesting altarpiece dated in 1533, with charts about the life and martyrdom of the Santa, with influence of the painting italogermánica. At the moment it is embedded Palacio of Ambel, construído in the XVI century.

In the surroundings they highlight important places for their natural great value, as Aguallueve. This is a geologic extraordinary formation taken place by the filtration of the aquifer of the Field of Roman that emerges in this area from the calcareous rock. The water slides for the rock, creating an extraordinary microclimate of high humidity, and it is picked up in a raft in the bottom of a ravine. From Aguallueve we can also visit the interesting remains of a turret of Celtiberian time, erected with the help of cyclopean blocks.

In Anento they take place the winter parties in honor to Santa Águeda and San Blas (3, and February 5), and the summer parties, dedicated to the Virgin and San Asleep (15 and 16 of August).
For Santa Águeda and San Blas, as it sends the tradition, they are kneaded in the oven recovered traditional cakes, magdalenas, rough, ice creams, mostachones, scalded, piece cakes and other delights. To Santos they are put a roscón and they are taken out in procession.
In the past, when the population of Anento was more numerous, they were the bachelors those in charge of organizing these parties, and Santos they were drawn among the families of the town to carry them in the procession.......

The place of Anento, although traditionally it has been linked to the "Field of Roman", for their geographical situation it is integrated in the Valley of Jiloca. It is located in the bottom of a ravine that ends next to the town of Báguena; as habitually the ravine doesn't take water, it is the natural road for which communicates with the Valley and toward Weighing.
