Description
It was repopulated by neighbors from Toledo, probable thing for their proximity to the Mounts of Toledo and the towns that belonged to that city. These places were inhabited for Hispanic-Roman. In the century XIV figure as place of hunt of bears and boars. In the XV one it is in being able to of don Pedro Suárez of Toledo who founds the mayorazgo of Gálvez. Already in the XVI one it passes to the house of Montalbán. When Carlos V wanted to retire and to leave the Kingdom to its son Felipe II, it sent the teacher Esquivel that looked for a healthy place. Esquivel pointed out the village of Gálvez in the first place and in second Yustes. The village of Gálvez was not accepted to be near Toledo, where the Court was.

Alfonso VI donated this place to the church of Toledo. In 1132 Alfonso VII give this village to the Count don Pons of Goatherd. In the 1176 he/she gives it to him the king to the Order of Calatrava. Almost until final of the XVIII century he/she stayed the castle in being able to of the archbishops from Toledo. It is famous in the war of the Independence, the battle of Almonacid, in the one that the Marshal Sebastian, reinforced with the king's arrival José, forced to retire toward Guadiana to the I exercise Spanish. It cost the Spaniards the battle 4.000 men and 2.000 to the French. The Central Meeting granted in 1816 a medal they participated in this combat to how many.

The old residents of these lands were devoted simultaneously to the laboreo of their lands and the handling of the weapons to defend their territory before Rome. Before the advance of Islam they emigrated to other districts, being the village dismantled except for some hosts that provided housing in "The Sale of Agar or Agaz." It was restored by the Arabs. When varying of domain the Kingdom of Toledo, Orgaz passed to be part of Castile, belonging to don Alfonso VI. The first Mr. of Villa of Orgaz after the Reconquest was don Rodrigo DĂaz of Vivar, Valiant Cid, first governor of this city and of their strengths. He/she obtained this title when espousing in Burgos with Jimena GĂłmez of Gormaz, natural of the village of Orgaz and daughter of the Count of Gormaz.

Description
This village was founded by Fernando III in 1222. The residents received the territory for I swear of estate, for them and their descendants, with the obligation of paying the tithe to the Church and certain tributes to the Crown. Such tributes were transferred later by same Fernando III, April 2 1243, to don Rodrigo Jiménez of Bay and to the archdiocese toledana that he/she enjoyed this concession up to September 17 of 1466. In this date, don Alfonso Carrillo sold those expressed rights to don Luis Carrillo, in exchange for the payment of an annual quantity to the archbishops from Toledo. Don's inheritors Luis of Carrillo, Constanza and Isabel, they gave such rights in turn to don Rodrigo Boy that transmitted them later to their son Juan, which incorporated them to the mayorazgo that was founded with the title of The Arches. Añover was subject to Toledo until the year 1652 that he/she became emancipated, being made village by virtue of real don identification Felipe IV, sent December of the expressed year 4.

It is denominated Port of the King because a king from Castile probably, XI Alfonso (1312 -50), great benefactor of the Monastery of Santa MarĂa from Guadalupe, ordered to level the place - where it begins to decline the mountain of Altamira - to facilitate the step of the real cortege, on the way to the referred Monastery.
There three ports open up, of north to south: that of the King, the Old one and that of the Virgin. The three communicate the term of Sevilleja with the one of he/she Allies (Cáceres).
At the moment, there is a highway that he/she goes to the reservoir of CĂjara. During the time that their construction lasted, on the side cacereño-toledano a stall of peons caminero was built. Later, the unusual traffic of trucks transporting material for the works of the enormous prey and population's hole in the solidary itinerary, diĂł place to the construction of other houses that you/they were built in their suburbs, to both sides of the highway.

In the XV century it belonged to the jurisdiction of town council of the Church of Toledo, and it is in this time when he/she receives the village title. At the beginning of the XVI century their hills were covered with mount. In the second half the lack of water was already noticed. Most of their population is journeymen and official artisans, there being few farmers and only a nobleman, called Diego of Blackberry. Almost the whole neighborhood is poor, there being few rich. Some already worked the wool. The most remarkable thing that you/they make is to manufacture stirrups and spurs. They continued in this time paying the tributes that were detailed at the beginning of the XV century.
