Today Zamarramala is an added neighborhood of Segovia, but still being this the administrative, continuous situation maintaining the aspect and the "town" spirit, lasting very ingrained customs in its inhabitants.
The zamarriegos feels proud of their customs, of the beautiful inheritance bequeathed by their ancestors and they try to conserve it with love and fidelity...

Yanguas of Eresma is of the jurisdiciĂłn of Segovia, at a distance of 22 Km. of the capital. As the whole county of Segovia, it is located to the north of the mountain of Guadarrama, with an altitude of 897 meters sea level. Their relief is a soft water-course that extends from this to west and it culminates in slight hills: in the north hill Pozuelo and Mazarron (where it was the King and Prince making some military maneuvers, and they located in this hill the control position) and in south Carracarbonero and after Vega and to the west, it is where this their hydrography, with a great step, the river Eresma with their valley and the outlet of the Moorish river....
