Lesaka, the calm valleys, one of the Five Villages.Lesaca (in Basque and in an official way Lesaka) is a municipality of the Statutory Community of Navarrese in the merindad of Pamplona, located in the district of Five Villages.The gentile of Lesaca is lesakarra.
On the name of the town, this it is of unknown origin. Nobody tastes like certain science that means or that origin has. The Basque-French one Jean-Baptiste Orpustan, professor of Basque literature and expert in toponimia, said that Lesaca was a version latinizada of the toponym Latsaga that means place of the stream; definition that on the other hand is adjusted well to the description of Lesaka, where the stream Onin divides in an attractive way the town in two parts.

The town of Alkotz this located in the northwest of Navarrese, in the humid western valleys, it belongs to the valley of Ultzama, fair to the south of the mountains of the dividing one of Cantabrian-mediterranean waters. It is to almost 600 meters of altitude on the sea level and surrounded by flowing several streams (oiarán, oianbarren and ezpeletekoerreka) all them of the River Ultzama. This town is located in a flat area surrounded by mountains that reach the 900-1000 meters of altitude

Description
Alkotz, data of interest of the town of the Valley of Ultzama. The towns of the Valley of Ultzama went to the pilgrimage of the Virgin of Belate the past May 1, in Alkotz, like it sends the tradition.
As they make every year they went to the pilgrimage with their parochial respective crossings and accompanied by the girls that honored the Virgin. The good atmosphere prevailed in the appointment, in spite of the rain that made its appearance in the day.

Zamarce, romanico of Santa MarĂa.Aralar and Zamarce. We have left Pamplona in address to Vitoria for N-240, to the right we enter in Huarte Arquil.
We make a high one in the Church of Santa MarĂa of Zamarce, románica (toward vent_zama.jpg (66610 bytes) 1140). We can admire a beautiful cover of three archivolts it has more than enough columns with capitals sculpted with geometric reasons and vegetables that associate to the teacher of the Cathedral of Pamplona, and, on her, a tejaroz with canecillos also sculpted.

Anue, The Valley and their towns of Navarrese.Anue is a municipality located in Navarrese, in the southern slope of the dividing one of Cantabrian-mediterranean waters and to about 20 kilometers to the north of Pamplona. The highway N-121 that drives of Pamplona toward Irun for the tunnels of Belate crosses the south municipality to north.
Their territory is furrowed from north to south for the Medium river in which you/they end for its margin left four main yachts that perpendicular valleys travel to the main valley.
The use of the floor is dominated by the natural forests of leafy (hayedos and groves), with prairies in valley funds and pastizales in the high areas around the mount Zuriain (maximum altitude of the municipality with 1.411 meters on the sea level). The lowest bench mark is located in the town of Burutáin, south end of the valley, with 494 meters.

We leave of the town of Aizpún toward Goñi, to about 300 meters we come closer to the stream that supposes the beginning of the canyon.

Hoist-Itza, history and description, merindad of Pamplona.It is the most southern place in Cendea, flanked by those of Ansoáin (Larragueta, northeast; Pottery, this) and of Olza (Orcoyen, Arazuri, southeast; Ororbia, Southwest), more Doorknocker (west) and Zuasti (northwest), of the same cendea of it Hoists.
He/she has a surface of 256.99,90 hectares, divided in two unequal portions by a tailpiece that gets off northwest to southeast, from the mount of Lakidáin until that of Orcoyen. To a first tract (Larregibel or "Ribeles", 453 meters) it follows the high one where the church, the modern cemetery and the deposit of water (467 meters) are. To their continuation toward Orcoyen call it in this place "Izabizkar" UIM.JUR.: Top. Olza 2. 14B. 79).
