Description
Estella is born to the history in the year 1090, like a frank foundation to give inn and inn to the Central European pilgrims that walked to Compostela. Populated of francs, it is an urban island inside a rural Navarrese, and during centuries he/she is the commercial and industrial most important population in the Kingdom (Their jurisdiction is considered "the first code of trade of the Iberian" Peninsula), amen of unassailable bastion of their independence.
In the modern time, their name and that of the earth that surrounds it has been associated to all the important and/or transcendent facts of the Spanish history: center of operations of Espoz and it Mines against the French army during Guerra of the Independence; strong square of Zumalacárregui against the government of the nation in the Primera Guerra Carlist; court of Carlos VII during Third Guerra Carlist; place of meeting of the Assembly of Basque-Navarrese Municipalities to approve the Statute of 1931. Few years ago, one of their palaces was chosen to approve what is known like "Pact of Lizarra."

Urritzola Galain town council of the valley of Ultzama.Description: It is the first town of Ultzama coming for NA-411 from Ostiz. For that reason, from Lizaso it is necessary to return to the crossing of Gerendiain and to enter, by hand right, for this highway.
You arrives first to Galain, to the feet of the mount Arañotz, and something above to Urritzola that is the main nucleus. Between both they have 52 inhabitants. Their village is interesting, of houses with medieval elements and Baroque shields. But the most remarkable thing is their church of Asunción, Gothic primitive that keeps medieval, Renaissance and Baroque interesting furniture.
From Urritzola beautiful views of the valley can be seen, surrounded of mountains and with those taken care and green campas of the golf club among the grove, extending to their feet.
