Description
Abella of Conca is a municipality of the county of Lérida, in the district of Pallars Jussà.The municipality is located in the oriental bank of the basin of Tremp. He/she understands the high valleys of the river of Abella, flowing of the river Conques in their right margin, and of the river of Rams. The valley of this last is encased among the mountains of Boumort and of Carreu. Besides the basin of Tremp, he/she also understands a sector of the valley of the river of Puials. A part of the houses of the village is semiexcavadas in the rock.

Description
The conquest of the city took place in 1070 and he/she ran in charge of Ermengol IV of Urgel. In 1163 it was him/her concedad population letter. Up to 1314 it was the capital of the county of Urgel what was worth him/her some privileges, as the one granted in 1200 to be able to coin the currency characteristic of the county.
In 1413, and after the fights that continued to the commitment of Caspe, the city surrendered to Fernando's troops I of Antequera. Few years later, the village passed at the hands of Juan II of Aragon who, in 1452, he/she gave it like garment for some contracted debts with the count of Pallars. In 1472 Agramunt he/she returned at the hands of the crown. After the Ordinances of New Plant it passed to be part of the corregimiento of Cardona.
During Guerra of the Harvesters the city was conquered first by the troops of Castile, occupied by French troops in 1644.......

Description
The origin of the city is located in an old castle sarraceno, mentioned in documents of 1120. It was reconquered by Ermengol VI of Urgel in 1145. During a time, most of their inhabitants went Muslim to those that were granted a juridical special régime that it prevailed until the XVII century.
It was possession of the crown up to 1212, year in that he/she was formed the barony of Aitona. In 1233 it was in hands of the family Montcada.....

Els Alamús pertany to the district of Segrià, limits to l'est to Pla d'Urgell. It is troba molt ben comunicat per railcar, to 10 km. of Lleida i 17 of Mollerussa. L'altitud és 212 m. i tea 2.022 have. of superfície. At the 2006 it is compten uns 724 habitants. The terme rep them aigües dels Canals d'Urgell i tea agregat the nucli of Vencilló.
The nostre topònim prové of the nom propi germànic Adalmodis. The nom apareix per first cop in a document eclesiàstic of 1168, in què l'església consists com a pabordia of the capítol of Lleida. The municipi fou considerat carrer of Lleida fins to l'aplicació of Decret of Nova Plants l'any 1717. The document més antic of which tenim constància is troba to l'Ajuntament on consists the nomenament d'un "bayle" i regidors, ja com to municipi independent.
