In spite of their uncertain beginning, this museum picture-etnológico it has been created thanks to the summary of the given pictures in a voluntary way by the neighbors of Villa of it Summoned. Thanks to them, today we can enjoy and to remember the most ingrained traditions in our town.
The next opening of our museum Picture-etnológico of Villa of it Summoned it will allow to all the visitors and the own neighbors of the place: To conserve, to Document, to Know and to Diffuse the popular Culture of our town.

Description
In the municipal term of it Summoned he/she is the archaeological location of a fortified town of the II Age of Brass, this location he/she receives the name of Morra of Quintanar and it is located in a high one surrounded of big blocks of stone of a height of up to two meters and half. It summoned preserve some remains, probably Islamic, of an old strength.

As example of the splendor that Jorquera reached in Arab time we will point out the invention of an irrigation system, work of engineering that the Arabs carried out allowing the watering of the parcels located at both riverbanks, during many kilometers, in a natural way that returns to the river the not consumed water and that still nowadays is used for the watering of the vegetable gardens.

Jorquera (500 neighbors) occupies a hill taken a bath by Júcar, isolated and peñascoso that controls the step for the narrow canyon of Abengibre. The village of Letur has Santa built MarÃa's parochial church at the beginning of the XVI century.
The temple is entirely Gothic except the cover that is Renaissance. The temple is composed of unique ship, two tracts, a head of five cloths and two chapels to each side. The vaults of the temple are of good terceletes crucerÃa.

The town of Lezuza was a Roman called colony formerly Libisosa, in this town and according to the tradition San Pablo preached. In the year 253 martyrdom two saints, Vicente and Leto received, to what reference is made in some Baroque paintings in the head of the parish.
Lezuza became village of Alcaraz after the conquest of this in 1213. Alcaraz endowed to the town in 1411 of privileges to increase its population.
