Description
Herramelluri, town, history and parties town of the rioja.The small sculpture object of this study represents Venus, Aphrodite in the Greek world, feminine divinity that is among the twelve big gods of the classic vault (pictures 75 to 78).
The figure, of 19,5 cm of high, represents the goddess Venus in one of its varied types iconográficos, in that in that the divinity appears semi-naked. It is in foot position and it supports the weight of the body on the right leg, what provokes him/her a marked arqueamiento of the hip of the left side.
