For the elaboration of their wines, Cellars Olarra only uses those fruits that complete a series of strict conditions. At the moment, Olarra has in the market several marks and behind each one of them meets a wine with an own identity. Their wines star are the tintos with upbringing in oak.

Haro, came and tourism town of the rioja.Located in a strategic hill, the first mentions of the city go back to the Age Antigua, when the area, populated by Berones, was ordered around important several nucleuses, one of those which was Castrum Bilibium that was located next to the current city of Haro, in the famous shells.
In Haro Roman vestiges have appeared. It was also medieval Dominion from 1093, of the counts of Haro, gentlemen from Biscay (Don Diego LĂłpez of Haro Bilbao was founded).
