Welcome to Plum Trees of Cervera. A town located in the Rocks Cervera, to the southeast of the county of Burgos, and belonging to the district of Arlanza.
The town has multiple services and this located one geographically in one of the historical-tourist but important environments of the area.

The new web of the town of Sands and of the district of Villadiego. At the present time Sands belong to the municipality of Villadiego, (together with 31 towns but) and to the judicial party and county of Burgos. Up to 1969 it was own city council together with the current pedanías of Villahernando, Villaute and Villalibado (from 1857) with headquarters in Sands and tribunal of Peace, having jointly in the moment of the incorporation the four towns 97 neighbors and 391 inhabitants. As the whole district and the region, it is in a serious depopulation (now there are only twenty taken a census of inhabitants and less than ten they live during the whole year, increasing the weekends and in summer, mainly in August) process.

.....It seems reasonable that the Full City council agreed (June 10 of 1996) to "attack the formal adoption of the municipal" shield. And considering that the one referred shield expresses in an incomplete and very repetitive way in the Municipal Heraldry of the County of Burgos, this Columnist, of agreement with their loyalist to know and to understand, it proposes the following shield for Villa of Castrillo De la Vega.
Party. First in silver, sinople tree, nurido; roots and trunk in sable and, in tip, three waves of azure. Second, weapons of Aza (in gules, castle donjonado of gold, sable mazonado and clarified of azure). Entado, in azure, stump of gold, frutada of the same thing......

Trespaderne is a town located in the North area of the county of Burgos and located in the district of "Merindades." Merindades dates of the century X and it is an appellative granted by Fernán González to the administrator of these lands "Merino" that showed powers representadivos of Counts and even of selfsame Reyes.

Villagonzalo Flints is located in an area of mediterranean domain with continental influence of the Superior Plateau, modified by the proximity of Sierra of the Demand. The winters they are characterized to be cold and the fresh summers and subhúmedos. The half annual temperature is of 10ºC, with maximum of 37ºC and minimum of .13ºC.
The precipitations are scarce (500-700 mm) and of seasonal character, with a marked low water in the months of summer. In the months more hard of the winter the precipitations are usually of snow, increasing these toward the East, as the vicinity increases to the mountain sector.

With 2.064 inhabitants are the head of the judicial party of their name and neuralgic and administrative center of the mountain area. In her they can visit one another Municipal Palacio of Culture, located on the lot of the Infants of Lara, Santa María's Church, with the Large chest that contains the heads of the Infants and the modern museum of the Dinosaurs.
