Description
The pazos is elegant residences that used to settle in outstanding areas where was easy the control of the rented lands, and at the same time, can be visualized by the peasants. It is about private buildings that can visit one another.
In Ribadumia we have four pazos:
Pazo of Barrantes
Pazo gives Pedreira
Pazo do Mounts
Pazo Quinteiro gives Cruz
The river defines the territory and it conditions the life of the communities that you/they inhabit its margins. More than a border element, Umia transforms into an element of cohesion among the municipalities of Salnés. Their importance for the economy, their natural unquestionable value, together with their symbolic character, they are enough reasons so that we grant him/her their desert value......
