Description
Scaffold of the Glasses is a population located in the estribaciones of Sierra of Gredos, to about 75 Kms to the Southwest of Madrid, where they cohabit around 2.929 inhabitants.
With an extension of 47.6 Km² and with a half altitude of 802 meters on the sea level, it is characterized by their location in a natural privileged environment. A landscape of mountain of arboreal abundant vegetation and mount under, among vineyards, olive trees and unirrigated land fields.
They take a bath the term diverse streams and regatos that flow to Alberche, highlighting as more important waterway to the stream of Turtledoves. Also, they are prominent Escalonilla, Bridge Soap-dish and Of the Moor.
