Pont of Suert is a municipality of Catalonia, Spain. Belonging to the county of LĂ©rida, it is the traditional capital of High Ribagorza (Ribagorça in Catalan). Located 841 m of altitude and on the river Noguera Ribagorzana, where the valleys of BarravĂ©s converge with those of BoĂ, Castanesa and Viu, in a crossing of communications that gave place to the bridge that gives name to the population from very distant times. There are volcanisms isolated in the municipality, but well, for the area of Erillcastell (Boiler of Erillcastell)
