Rioturbio (Returbio in Asturian dialect) is a neighborhood of Santa Rosa's parish, in the Asturian town council of Mieres (Spain).The current town was built beside an agricultural village and cattleman of the same name that it existed in the fork of the river San Juan and the stream of Llonga. The quarter that gives to the town its uniform characteristic aspect was built in the years 50 of last century, coinciding with the construction of the Well Polio on the part of the company steel Factory of Mieres, to be supplied of own coal. They were floors dedicated to the workers of this company that is to say miners and metallurgists
