Description
If the castle could count histories, the parochial church of Our Mrs. of Asunción it could even count more, even secrets and regrets. It dates their construction of final of the XIV century or beginnings of the XV one. The cover is of a later stage, and it is qualified as an excellent example of the plateresque one of final of the XVI century; in her it highlights the eardrum - with reliefs of Asunción, the figure of God Father and the angels musicians - and the trompillas in fan form. The interior is of a single ship with apse ochavado and tower to its feet. The tower consists of three bodies, with plant squared in the beginning, octogonal to the level of the steeple and chapitel like finish off; in consonance with the Andalusian manieristas, it is decorated in the apse with canvases, it works of the local painter Antonio Iniesta
