Pray the capital of the county it is been (Ourense in Galician and officially) of Prays you (Spain). It is the third Galician city for population, after Vigo and TO Coruña, and it is located in the southeast of Galicia (the river Miño goes by this city).Possibly baptized by the Romans as "the city of the gold" for (Auriense) their enormous abundance of this metal, it was an important city of the Roman county of Hispania until their reservations of the golden appreciated metal were drained that could be in the course of the own river Miño.

Catredral ourensana, not always considered in their fair measure. Their plan is based in a plant of Latin cross, with a head of triple apse (today is only the central one) and three ships crowned with crucerÃa vaults. Their construction is dated in among the XII and XIII centuries, reflecting in its diverse elements the styles románico, Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque and neoclassicist. Although everything she deserves attention, they stand out the realizations of the Piazza of the Paradise, the biggest Altarpiece and the Sacred Christ's Chapel mainly, very worshipped by all the inhabitants of the city.

The Sacred Christ's (XIII-XIV centuries) image is very characteristic and it centers the devotion and the interest of compassionate legends. Essentially, the legends decrease to say that it is work of size of Nicodemo, one of the male saints that were in Calvary and they were taken charge of Jesús body.
