Of left to right, William Herschel Telescopes, Dutch Open Telescopes, Carlsberg Meridian Telescopes, Swedish Lot Telescopes, Isaac Newton Telescopes and Jacobus Kapteyn Telescopes of the Asleep Observatory of the Boys.The Observatory of the Asleep one of the Boys was inaugurated by Reyes from Spain in 1985 and it belongs to Astrophysics of Canaries (IAC) Institute.Due to the localization of The Palm and to the height that reaches on the sea level, numerous telescopes have been built in the Asleep of the Boys (Garafía). The geographical location, amid Atlantic, and the peculiar climate provokes the formation of clouds among the 1000 and 2000 m of height that make of mirror and they prevent that the luminous contamination of the populations of the coast hinders the observation of the stars.
