I run off with (in Basque and officially Altzo) it is a small municipality of the county of Guipúzcoa (Basque country) (Spain).It is not known exactly in that historical moment the two population nucleuses that form appeared I Run off with, neither when they decided to unite. The tradition sent that the mayor was alternatingly of each one of the two towns.In 1025 he/she appears I Run off with mentioned for the first time. It is a donation document to the monastery of San Juan of Peña (Huesca) of the monastery of Olazábal, possibly the current church of San Salvador in I Run off with Below. It is the same monastery that call appears in a document of 1056, in this case, San Salvador of Ipazcoa. This is considered as the first written mention of the name of Guipúzcoa.It seems to be that I Run off with Below it was in their origins a feud of the Relatives bigger than Olazabal, while I Run off with Up he/she was organized as a cluster of housings to the margin of Olazabal.
