Moya is a Spanish municipality belonging to the county of Las Palmas. It is located to the north of the island of Great Canaria.
The municipality is in the acquaintance's center as mountain of Doramas, the commander's guanche proclaimed guanarteme of Gáldar name that headed the fight of this canton grancanario against the Spanish invaders in the conquest war (1478 -1483). Author: Jerbez
