| Of grans dimensions, the façana Baroque és, profusament decorated amb relleus of pedra calcà ria. The campanar, bastant alt, tea forms octagonal, és ornamentat i coronat per a cos també octagonal més reduït. Prop of the façana, to l'espai of l'antic cementiri, avui passeig públic, hi has a creu of terme gòtica, restored modernament, amb l'escut probablement dels Creixell.
