Noya (Officially and in Galician: Noia) it is a coastal small city of the county of Coruña (Galicia, Spain).
It is the capital of the homonymous district. In her they live near 15.000 inhabitants.Divided in several parishes like those of: Sacred Cristina of Mud, Santa Marina of the one Works, and San Martin. Each parish in turn is subdivided in several places like: Orro, to Barquiña, Sacred Cristina, Mud, Work, Argalo, Boa.It has one of the old most important helmets in Galicia where it is erected as central point the church of San Martiño. Equally it is in this City council one of the oldest cemeteries in Europe, famous for their union tablets (you award). Also it possesses several beaches of certain relevance like those of Testal, Taramancos, Boa and Ons that make it a City council characterized by the importance of their tourist revenues. The trade is maybe the most important motor in Noya.It is prominent the environmental importance of the area to possess mountain ecosystems, coastal and fluvial in geographical, specially prominent so reduced point the ornithological wealth, as well as the exploitations marisqueras, where the extraction of the cockle in the sandy areas of the creek (for the fork of several rivers that you/they end in her) shows up like one of the most important activdades.
