It is from a painting to the temper it has more than enough poplar wood that Martí comes from a feminine community of the san parish Sescorts (Osona, Barcelona).

If in the frontals of the XI century the thematic one prevails apocalyptic, in the XII century more descriptive topics appear to stimulate the example in the faithful ones and to feed the popular pity (childhood of Christ, life and saints' martyrdom...).
