The Natural Park of the Lagoon or The Lagoon (Lagoon, of Arabic ....... al-buhayra, "the small sea") is a natural Park of the County of Valencia in the Valencian Community.Also known by the Romans as Nacarum Stagnum and in some Arab poems he/she is denominated Mirror of the sun.This place of 21.039 have that natural park was declared by the Valencian government July 23 1986 it is in having located about 10 kms to the south of the city of Valencia. The natural park understands the system formed by the properly this lagoon, its humid environment, and the coast (Meadow of Saler) adjacent cord to both.
