Torrevieja is a Spanish municipality located in the south of the Valencian Community, in the district Low De la Vega of the Sure one, beside Mediterranean. With 84.348 inhabitants, it is the third city in population of the county of Alicante, from behind of Alicante and Elche.City dedicated traditionally to the fishing and the extraction of salt (Lagoons of Torrevieja and The Bush), is at the moment an important nucleus of tourism arriving to more than 700.000 people in high season.
