Monument inchoate Good of Cultural Interest: Their construction was impelled by the General Address of Engineers of the Army and executed by commanding Carlos Vila.
It presents an irregular plant conditioned by the elliptic form of the old Arbor of Pignatelli, today Square of Aragon. The facade in stone is one of those most achieved ones of the Neoclassicism late zaragozano and it shows an evident influence of Italian models. The central part appears stood out with a treatment of more volume and it is finished off by a fronton with reliefs that represent surrounded Minerva of military attributes. It crowns the group the shield of Spain sustained by two lions.
