Toledo (of Latin Toletum, name in Sefardí Toletho) is a city that is in central Spain, and it is the capital of the homonymous county and of the autonomous community of Castile-the Stain. Located in the right margin of the Cut, in a hill a hundred meters high on the river, which encircles it for their base, forming a well-known marked bend as lathe of the Cut. Be also this name in several cities in the United States The Fortress of Toledo it is a fortification it has more than enough rocks, located in the highest part in the city of Toledo, dominating the whole city.In the century III were a Roman palace. It was restored during Alfonso's command VI and Alfonso X and modified in 1535.Durante Guerra Civilian was taken then by the colonel José Moscardó and destruído partially during the blockade. Later on it was reedificado and at the moment it houses the Autonomous Library and the Museum of the Army.
